Computer expert Hunter is hired by the Johnston Biotek corporation, just called “Corporation” in the game. Hunter is to repair the network of a mining complex but fails and ends up in an underground cave world after an explosion. A man called Toadstool finds him and tells F where they are: In an underground world where a computer freak called Hacker has seized power. Left alone by the Corporation, Hunter has to find a way back to the surface all by himself. On his quest he meets Kathryn, a mysterious woman, who sometimes helps the player. Hunter faces many dangers and problems; for instance, when he is confronted by sinister figures in an underground prison colony. Of course we cannot give away whether he finds the suspected lift to the surface there.

Gece görüşü gözlüklerinizi takın ve çok gizli operasyonlara hazır olun. Splinter Cell’in karizmatik casusu Sam Fisher kısa bir aradan sonra geri döndü... Ancak Sam Fisher dünyanın dört bir yanındaki birbirinden tehlikeli görevleri yerine getirirken yeni ekipman ve yeni hareketleriyle bu sefer çok daha sessiz ve ölümcül. Üstelik artık çok oyunculu seçeneği ile birlikte internet ya da ağ üzerinden de oyun oynanabiliyor.

Oyunun Single Player'ı ilk oyunda olduğu gibi yine tamamen gizlilik üzerine kurulmuş. Görevlerin neredeyse tamamında düşmanlara kendinizi sezdirmeden bölümleri bitirmeye çalışıyorsunuz. Ancak bu görevleri yeirne getirebilmek için termal görüş, casus kameraları gibi son teknoloji ürünü bir çok ekipmandan da yararlanabiliorsunuz.

Klasik bir Tom Clancy oyunu olarak Pandora Tomorrow'da son derece tehlikeli bir elinde bulunduran terörist lideri ele geçirmeye çalışıyoruz. Endonezya ormanlarından İsrail'e, Paris'ten Amerika'ya kadar bir çok ülkede virüsün yayılmasını engellemek için bir çok görevi yerine getirmeye çalışyoruz.

Pandora Tommorrow'un tek kişilik modunda yni senaryo dışında çok bir yenlik yok. Ancak oyunun asıl önemli kısmı çok oyunculu modunun da bulunuyor olması. Gizlilik aksiyon oyun türünde bir olan bu çok oyunculu modda dört kişiye kadar çok oyunculu modda oynamanız mümkün. Casus ve paralı asker taraflarından birini seçerek oynayabildiğiniz çok oyunculu modda, casus olarak Sam Fisher gibi oynayabilir ya da paralı asker olup FPS modunda casusları avlayabilirsiniz.
